Williams County Economic Development is a nonprofit 501(c)6 organization that was founded in 1983 to support the advancement of our local economy.
The Board of Directors is composed of representatives from local businesses, the public utility sector, community leaders and county government.
Our mission is to foster collaborative partnerships among the public and private sectors to stimulate economic growth and improve the quality of life in our community. We are passionate about developing businesses and the community. Our goal is to provide businesses with the resources they need to succeed and to create a vibrant and sustainable economy in Williams County.

Ashley has been the Director of WEDCO since January 2023 and is very active with the Williams County Port Authority. Prior to this role, Ashley accumulated 16 years of private sector experience in administrative, operations, and sales roles. She lives just outside of Pulaski with her husband on a small hobby farm. Ashley is the co-founder of Mentors for Williams County and volunteers with several community organizations. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors and traveling.

Mrs. Herman is a Bryan resident who shares her life with her loving husband and two precious little girls. She's a dedicated community enthusiast, always ready to lend a helping hand wherever it's needed. When she's not busy she cherishes her free moments by creating lasting memories with her beloved family and friends. And let's not forget her three furry companions who bring even more joy to her life.
