Services available through Northwest Ohio Jobs Centers include: matching your employment needs with existing job and applicant pools, testing and screening prospective workers; and other workforce services.
Training Cost Assistance
Through On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs, employers have the opportunity to receive reimbursement of up to 50% of the wages earned by eligible new trainees as they acquire job-specific skills. This funding serves to offset the costs associated with training workers, thereby enhancing business productivity and growth. Prior to hiring new employees, an OJT agreement must be established.
