About the event
Custom Training Solutions, a division of Northwest State Community College, will highlight the new JobsOhio training program, along with additional resources available to help businesses recruit, train, and retain employees. They'll also share how they've partnered with Altenloh, Brinck & Co. to support their apprenticeship program.
Altenloh, Brinck & Co. will take us behind the scenes of their workforce journey, sharing the hiring challenges they've faced, creative solutions they've implemented, and the lessons learned while developing their apprenticeship program.
Hear firsthand how partnerships between education and industry can help businesses overcome workforce challenges and build a stronger talent pipeline.
The morning will conclude with a facility tour of Altenloh, Brinck & Co.
